She loves to experiment with food and create simple, healthy and delicious dishes like this Roasted Broccoli, Carrots & Walnuts, using cannabis infused butter made with her MagicalButter MB2e machine.

Roasted Broccolini, Carrots & Walnuts Infused with MagicalButter


1 bunch broccolini

3 small carrots

1 small onion, chopped

½ cup walnuts

3 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp infused olive oil made with MagicalButter (or more, depending on your dosage)

Sea salt, to taste

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Slice the carrots diagonally in 1 ½ to 2 inch thick slices.

  3. Trim the ends of the broccolini stems and discard. Slice diagonally in 2 inch thick slices.

  4. Cut the onions into quarters.

  5. Toss broccolini, carrots, onions and walnuts in a bowl with regular olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread evenly on a large roasting pan.

  6. Roast in the oven for 20 min, or until brown and tender.

  7. Drizzle infused olive oil and sprinkle lightly with sea salt. Serve hot.

Cook Time: 20 min
