Valentine’s Day Brunch with Magical Butter and Cannacals: Green, Eggs and Ham Quiche

Green, Eggs and Ham Quiche
6 servings (approximately 19 mg THC per serving)
1 (9 inch) pastry for pie crust (Pillsbury premade pie crust is amazing!)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided into two ½ cups
1 cup shredded monterey Jack cheese, divided into two ½ cups
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, divided into two tablespoons
1 cup diced cooked ham
2 tablespoons MagicalButter, melted
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 cup heavy whipped cream
6 eggs, beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon melted butter for brushing pie crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Press pie pastry into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
Mix whipped cream, eggs, Dijon mustard, MagicalButter, 1 tablespoon flour, and salt together in bowl.
Mix 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, 1/2 Monterey Jack cheese, and 1 tablespoon flour in a bowl; spread over the bottom of the pie plate.
Spread ham over the cheese mixture.
Pour egg mixture over ham carefully over the ham layer; top with remaining Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
Brush edges of pie crust with melted butter
Bake in preheated oven until set in the center, 40 to 50 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
When your pie is cooling, take the Cannacals Targets and place six of them on the top of the pie. Rub gently. They are moisture activated so the moisture from the pie will make them stick. Cannacals do not change the texture nor the taste of the food.
